Majors come calling for more American Association talent

Major league baseball has picked up several more American Association talents in recent weeks, the most recent being the Toronto Blue Jays acquisition of Kansas City T-Bones RHP Bobby Doran. This comes in the same week that the Goldeyes sold the contract of recently acquired RHP Nestor Molina to the San Francisco Giants. While the focus is usually on pitchers, it should be noted that the Lincoln AirHogs sold the contract of OF Dexter Kjerstad to the Miami Marlins last month. Digital Gum Wave 3: The Kansas City T-Bones

Had three games worth of shots for these, so quite a few more players in this set. Vladamir Frias was on the disabled list, so a dugout shot will have to do. Went for the T-Bone steak hat instead of the swinging steer, which they usually use in their road games.

With an 8-2 record on the season so far, pitcher Bobby Doran is one of the reasons Kansas City is tightening its grip on a wildcard spot in the American Association.
